    Come on – I saw this after buying an almost identical Melissa & Doug wooden bead set at a well known store for $12.99. This sort of con shouldn’t be on Amazon.

    I haven’t actually given this gift to my daughter yet who is 3 1/2 years old. I am saving it for christmas. Just looking at it through the packaging though it appears as though it’s not the real cheap stuff if you know what I mean. I anticipate that she will really enjoy making her own jewelry and that it will hold up. the pieces aren’t teeny tiny and I think they will be easy for her to thread the beads through herself with my help.

    I ordered this bead set for my 3 year old granddaughter and she loved it. The beads were the right size for her to handle and the holes in the beads were not too small for her to get the cord through. She had a great time with this product.

    Melissa and Doug flower bead set are a great toy for children to play with and be creative. I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter but my 3 year old grandson had just as much fun with the set. There were enough beads for both of them to make a bracelet and a necklace and the beads were big enough that I wasn’t worried about the 3 year old putting them into his mouth. We spent about 3 hours one afternoon with this and the kids had a lot of fun.
